The eyeball test is a quick and easy way to determine whether a website is reliable.

To do the eyeball test, simply take a look at the website in question and ask yourself a few questions:

  • Does the website look professional?
  • Is the design well done?
  • Are there any grammatical errors or typos?
  • Is the content well written?

If the answer to any of these questions is no, then the website in question might not be reliable.

Of course, this test is not foolproof and there are always exceptions, but it's a good general rule of thumb.
