There is currently no direct way or built-in function in Notion to reorder groups within databases.
However, you can use the following workaround to achieve the desired result.
- Identify the property for grouping: Determine which property your grouping is based on (e.g., "Status").
- Go to property settings:
- Reorder the property options:
- Inside the property configuration, locate the list of options for the chosen property.
- Click and drag the options to rearrange them in your desired order.
- The groups in your database should now reorder automatically to reflect the new order of the property options.
By following these steps, you can indirectly reorder groups within your Notion databases, improving their organization and structure.
